About the CEO

Meet Clyde G., the Vision Behind Stratus Point Group

Clyde G., along with his team of high performers, is a leader in the health care industry with over 20 years of experience in home health care operations, compliance, and administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and licenses in both Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facility (ARF). Clyde also holds an active real estate license in the State of California, which he leverages for property acquisition and housing development for supportive living environments.

Clyde owns and operates several recuperative care facilities in California and has partnered with one of the largest health plans in the state to lead a successful recuperative care pilot program designed for individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) needs. His strategic insight, regulatory knowledge, and operational discipline have made him a trusted advisor in the post-acute care space, including guiding agencies through real estate planning and development needs relevant to care settings.

Clyde’s leadership fuels Stratus Point Group’s mission to deliver practical, results-driven solutions that elevate performance and ensure compliance for home health providers. Our consultants combine over 20 years of regulatory expertise and hands-on experience, having built, operated, and led high-performing agencies. We understand the operational demands our clients face and deliver tailored strategies grounded in what works — because we’ve done it ourselves.
